Our client is a Top 100 Global Law Firm with an opening for a US Securities Lawyer to join their Hong Kong office for a Permanent position.
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years PQE with experience at a top US Firm and experience of dealing with structured finance and securitisation. You should be US qualified with a JD or LLM qualification.
The successful candidate will be a Native Mandarin speaker and be fluent in English.
