Our client is one of the leading cosmetic retailers and represents over 100 international beauty brands in Asia.
Due to rapid expansion, they are now seeking the following dynamic candidate:
Duties and responsibilities:
•Analyzing business trends and consumer insights
•Evaluating existing product categories in choice, packaging and presentation
•Defining and implementing marketing strategies.
•Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of brand building initiatives
•Ensuring inventory levels of various products are controlled within targeted levels
•Responsible for the overall performance of the brand including pricing, promotion and distribution strategies to achieve optimal result
Requirements:
•Degree in business related disciplines
•5-10 years experience in solid brand/product development within beauty or related retail sectors
•Possess experience in market and trend analysis, product development and brand building
•Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
•Has sense of urgency in time management and able to prioritize multiple projects
