•Lead, manage and develop a team of technical staffs in Asia
•Ensure product compliance to specific quality standards from customers
•Support product development process, including sample approval, clothing technology, as well as product testing / QA
•Monitor the whole process from sampling to mass production and ensure that quality standards are met
•Set up management KPIs to enhance continuous improvement in sourcing, procurement, product development program & vendor management
•Execute strategic sourcing plan in Asia, and implement vendor performance evaluation
Requirements:
•Degree Holder in Textile Engineering or Quality Management
•Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing and QA process improvement in textile/apparel industry
•Related clothing / fabric technical knowledge
•Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills
•Work experience in multinational environment
•Self driven, proactive, strong customer focus and passionate in driving operation improvement and excellence
•Excellent communicator in English and Mandarin
